1. Coaching Services

All coaching services—including 1:1 programs, group programs, workshops, intensives, and digital sessions—are non-refundable.

This is due to:

All digital products (PDFs, templates, guides, courses, workbooks) are non-refundable due to instant delivery.

Payment plans are a convenience, not a cancellation option.
All scheduled payments must be completed.
Failure to complete payments may result in removal from the program or forwarding to collections if necessary.

All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Balance payments follow the event contract terms and deadlines.

Refunds may only be issued if required by law.
